Vincent Schu

Vince Schu has been in the transportation industry since 1980 at various levels of management. He started out loading barges then moved into logistics. During his tenure he managed several warehouse facilities, fleet of 800 railcars and a small fleet of trucks. He discovered early on in his career the importance of “Hands on Management”

Today Vince uses his 40+ years of experience to manage Team Ceres which uses its barges to ship over dimensional cargo throughout the US and into Canada/Mexico. Whether it’s a multi barge shipment or single item, our “Hands on Approach” is still the backbone of our business model. This along with Integrity makes us a unique option in this fast-paced, ever-changing industry.

Vince currently resides in Southern Indiana. He has been married to his wife, Julie, for 38 years and they have two kids Joseph and Samantha. Vince and Julie love hiking outdoors as well as water sports.
